Mr. Halpern has helped families evaluate issues such as level of care requirements, finances, and geographic preferences. A commitment to protecting the rights and dignity of elders has affected thousands of people in nursing homes and has earned Mr. Halpern a reputation as an uncompromising patient advocate, with both the elderly and the regulatory agencies that govern Nursing Homes. Mr. Halpern holds a Masters of Professional Studies Degree with a Major in Long Term Care Administration from C.W. Post College in Greenvale, Long Island.
He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in both New York and New Jersey.
